Immerse yourself in the healing vibration in a private session

Sometimes the most healing thing you can do is simply stop. Not fix, not figure out just stop, and let yourself be held.

Sound healing is one of the oldest forms of therapeutic practice known to humanity. For thousands of years, across cultures and traditions, sound has been used to restore the body, calm the mind, and support deep healing.

Today, it is increasingly recognised not only as a profound spiritual tool but as a genuinely therapeutic one with growing research pointing to its ability to reduce stress hormones, lower blood pressure, support the nervous system, and improve sleep.

What actually happens in a Sound Healing session?

You arrive, settle in, and lie down comfortably, fully clothed, warm, and supported. There is nothing you need to do, understand, or prepare. Once you are settled, I begin to play around and over your body using a carefully chosen combination of instruments: shamanic drum, rattles, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, and gong.

Each instrument carries its own frequency and quality of vibration. Together, they create a layered soundscape that works on every level of your being physical, mental, emotional, and energetic.

The vibrations travel through the body, reaching areas of held tension, emotional residue, and energetic blockage that are often difficult to access through talking or thinking alone.

Many clients describe the experience as entering a state similar to deep meditation a place between waking and sleeping where the mind becomes very quiet, the body releases its habitual bracing, and something deeper begins to settle.

You don't need to meditate or have any prior experience to reach this state. The sound does the work for you.

The benefits of Sound Healing

The effects of sound healing are both immediate and cumulative. A single session can offer:

  • Deep physical relaxation and relief from muscular tension

  • A significant reduction in stress and anxiety

  • Improved sleep ~ both the night of the session and over time with regular practice

  • Emotional release and relief ~ a gentle clearing of what has been sitting beneath the surface

  • Mental stillness and clarity, a quieting of the overactive mind

  • A sense of energetic rebalancing and restored flow

  • Feeling more present, grounded, and reconnected to yourself

For many people, sound healing creates the space to process what everyday life doesn't leave room for; grief, stress, transition, the emotional weight we carry quietly without always knowing it. It works not by forcing anything, but by creating the conditions in which the body and psyche can begin to do what they already know how to do: heal.

Each session is played intuitively, responding to what your body and energy need on the day. No two sessions are ever quite the same.

This may be especially supportive if you've been feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, anxious, or struggling to sleep. Or if you simply sense that something needs to shift — even if you can't quite name what.
