My Story

I believe we all carry the ability to heal within us—but with the pace of modern life, it’s not always easy to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. Sometimes we simply need a gentle hand or a safe space to help us return to our centre.
I grew up between two cultures, I am of Egyptian and Irish descent, and this blend has shaped the heart of my practice.
Moving between different ways of ancestral traditions, seeing, ritual, living, and understanding the world taught me early on that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s personal, intuitive, and deeply connected to our roots.
For the past 14 years, London has been my home specifically the lively, diverse fabric of South West London. I feel incredibly privileged to live, grow, and learn in a city where so many cultures, beliefs, and perspectives meet. This diversity continues to influence how I hold space: with openness, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story.
I was initiated into shamanic practices over six years ago, and since then I’ve been dedicated to creating supportive, grounded spaces where clients can release what no longer serves them and reconnect with what does. Over time, I’ve also fallen in love with the depth and clarity that sound healing brings. I now integrate instruments such as drums, rattles, tuning forks, and singing bowls into my work to help ease the mind, restore the body, and realign the energy system.
Alongside one-to-one sessions, I hold in-person sound baths and ceremonial gatherings at Oca London in Bermondsey. As well as online community events that honour the full moon and new moon. These gatherings offer a chance to pause, reflect, and connect with yourself, with others, and with the cycles that quietly guide us.
It would be a pleasure to support you on your healing journey and to witness you stepping into your full strength, in your own time and in your own way.

Healing Approach
Healing begins with a simple willingness to explore what's going on inside you. You don't need to have it all figured out, your curiosity and openness are enough.
I offer shamanic healing and sound-based practices that support you on physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual levels. Gentle, grounded approaches rooted in ancient traditions and shaped for the needs of modern life.
Shamanic Healing: Shamanic work invites support from compassionate helping spirits to bring insight, balance, and restoration. Together we explore what feels out of alignment — whether emotional heaviness, energetic stagnation, old patterns, or a quiet sense of disconnect — and work to bring you back into harmony with yourself.
Sound Healing: Sound is a powerful tool for clearing and rebalancing the energy body. Using instruments such as drums, rattles, tuning forks, gongs, and singing bowls, we encourage what's stuck or stagnant to release, allowing your system to find ease and flow again. Many clients experience deep relaxation, clarity, and a renewed sense of presence after just one session. Tarot & Oracle Guidance When helpful, I weave
Tarot or Oracle cards: into a session to offer gentle insight, surface unconscious patterns, and help us understand where your energy and attention are most needed.
Not Sure Where to Start? You're warmly invited to reach out exactly as you are. I offer a free introductory call for anyone with questions or who simply wants to get a feel for whether this work is right for them.

"I’ve had 3 healing sessions with Nancy. In each of these sessions I felt I was held in a safe space from the moment I stepped in to her space. Nancy’s warm and calm manner helps you explore and clarify what to work on together. She meets you where you are, is very present and listens with intent. After the session, she gives you time to process and discuss with her what came up for you, as well as reflect back to previous sessions if there are any patterns or themes worth noting. Nancy’s authenticity and grace really are heartwarming and allow you to connect with energies and powers you didn’t know you had access to before, I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and plan on having regular sessions with her!"

"I felt connection with true safety and that I was in caring hands. I feel like I could sleep for a month after my Charka rebalancing with Nancy and that there was a lot ready to be released bringing me into connection with the support around me, around us. Felt like I was in safe and genuinely caring hands"

Spring: When the World Wakes Up and So Do We
Having grown up between countries that know only two seasons, the transition from winter to spring here in London still stops me in my tracks. Every single year. The moment I notice the first blossom on a bare branch, or catch that particular quality of light returning to the sky, something inside me stirs — a quiet recognition, like the world is reminding me of something I'd almost forgotten. It's magic. Quite simply, it's magic. And I find myself wondering — why do we so often rush past it?
Winter has its own gifts, of course. The stillness, the turning inward, the rest. But if I'm honest, by the time February edges into March, I can feel the heaviness of it. A kind of fog. The cobwebs, as I like to call them — that slight dimming of energy and curiosity that comes from months of grey skies and early nights.
This year I noticed it lifting almost all at once. A morning walk where I suddenly wanted to stop and look. A conversation I didn't want to end. An idea that arrived not as a whisper but as a spark. That's spring, doing what spring does.
What's struck me most this season is how creatively alive I've been feeling. There's an energy returning — not just physically, but in my desire to share, to create, to connect. I've been feeling inspired to put more of myself out into the world: more writing, more gatherings, more conversation.
It feels aligned, actually. In shamanic traditions and in so many ancestral cultures, spring is understood as a time of emergence and renewal — not just in nature, but within us. We are not separate from the cycles around us. When the earth stirs, we stir too. When the flowers push through, something in us is invited to do the same.
So if you've been feeling a little more energised lately, a little more curious, a little more drawn to socialise or create or begin something new — trust that. You're not imagining it. You're just in rhythm with something much older and wiser than any of us.
One of the greatest gifts spring offers is the invitation to slow down and pay attention. The blossom that appears overnight. The birdsong that seems louder somehow. The way the evening light lingers just a little longer each day.
These are small things. Easy to overlook but in my experience, it's precisely in these small things that the deepest magic lives.
I spent years living somewhere that didn't have this seasonal shift, and now I understand that absence as a kind of gift too — because it means I genuinely cannot take spring for granted. I see it with fresh eyes every time. And it reminds me, again and again, that we live on a remarkable, mysterious, living planet. One that is always, always moving through its own cycles of death and rebirth, there is something deeply reassuring about that.
As we move into this season, I hope you find your own version of the spark — whatever form that takes for you. Maybe it's a walk in the park, a creative project you've been putting off, or simply allowing yourself to be a little more present to the world around you.
Spring is here! The trees are waking up and so are we.
